Enhanced Visibility of Microsoft Teams & SharePoint, Workspace Customisation
ProvisionPoint introduces enhanced visibility of Microsoft 365 workspaces created in ProvisionPoint Workspaces, as well as new customisable request tiles
23 November 2021: ProvisionPoint announces the launch of two brand new features to enhance the latest release of ProvisionPoint Workspaces.
ProvisionPoint Workspaces is the workspace governance solution for Microsoft 365. Already used by hundreds of organisations around the globe, ProvisionPoint Workspaces enables self-service governance for every Microsoft 365 workspace.
The two new updates, Customisable Request Tiles and Enhanced Visibility, are available for all ProvisionPoint Workspaces customers and partners, and are already accessible in the November 2021 release.
Customisable Workspace Request Tiles
App Managers can now define and customise the look and content of every Service Definition request tile in ProvisionPoint Workspaces.
With this new workspace request tiles customisation feature, it is easy to apply your own company branding, imagery and content to completely customise the user experience.
App Managers can select an image from the gallery or even upload your own company logo, image or appropriate icon, to visually represent a business unit, department or use case for each workspace
Use the customisation feature to apply the company branding and colour scheme to each tile as well as adding descriptive content, so users can immediately identify the relevant workspace they wish to request. You can also add the company logo to the top banner to fully integrate the app into your organisation.
With a variety of layout options available, and the ability to configure the tiles in any order, App Managers can really customise ProvisionPoint Workspaces and bring it on brand – a delight for the marketing team – to present an easy to use, coherent, and corporate look and feel to users and the business.
Enhanced Visibility
ProvisionPoint Workspaces now provides your admin team with complete visibility of all workspaces for better reporting and greater control of Microsoft 365.
Admin can now easily view all owners and members of a Team, SharePoint site, Yammer community and more, as well as access additional details, fields and leases to improve workspace management. They can also see the history of changes presented in a clear timeline to review any changes made as well as assign Actions that only the group can run.

During the roll-out, there will be no downtime or interruption of service. All updated documentation is available on the ProvisionPoint support portal.
