New Year update – Fantastic New Features for ProvisionPoint 365

ProvisionPoint introduces customisable actions and localisation support for ProvisionPoint 365

Happy New Year! ProvisionPoint Limited is delighted to announce the launch of two brand new features to enhance the latest release of ProvisionPoint 365 as part of our New Year update.

ProvisionPoint 365 is a powerful governance solution supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Sites, Office 365 Groups, Planner Plans, Yammer Communities, and more. The two new updates, Custom Actions and Localisation, are available for all ProvisionPoint 365 customers and partners and will be rolled out automatically as part of this latest release.

Custom Actions

Our latest release will introduce the ability to configure your own custom actions to meet specific user requests, drive user empowerment and strengthen your Office 365 governance.

Custom actions can integrate with a range of technology platforms, allowing Administrators and Developers to extend the existing capability in ProvisionPoint 365. For example, a custom action could be used to create a custom library in a SharePoint Site or configure a new app in a Microsoft Team. Alternatively, it could interact with another business application via a web service.

Localisation

This new release of ProvisionPoint 365 also includes support for localised user interfaces, providing broader support for non-English speaking customers.

With a front-end initially designed in English, customers will now be able to request that all their users see the user-facing interface of the ProvisionPoint 365 application in the language of their choice.

At launch, language support for German will be available, with further languages being introduced over the coming months. This fantastic new feature will not only support our non-English speaking customers in driving adoption and getting so much more out of our Office 365 governance solution, but it will also strengthen the ProvisionPoint 365 proposition for our international partners.
